Delivery information
Order before 1pm and we will guarantee same day despatch, plus we will even engrave it with your requested text, write the gift tag and post it out in its own specially designed box. All you have to do is sit back and wait for the thanks.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with your purchase you may request a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit or debit card used at the time of purchase. The only condition of this policy is that the item is returned undamaged in its original condition. When sending the item back we suggest you send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery with sufficient insurance. Include with the item your full name, address, order reference and details of either the item you would like to exchange for or the reason for refund.
